This equipment is an assembled and adjustable angle on-site tilt elevator. Mainly used in industries such as logistics, express delivery, home decoration, moving, rural self built houses, and factory equipment handling, not for carrying people.
Operators must first understand the performance and working principle of this equipment, assemble, operate, and maintain it correctly according to the instructions, and wear necessary safety protective equipment (such as wearing a safety helmet
Safety shoes, etc.).
During operation, warning lines should be set up around the ladder section as shown in the diagram. After placing the goods, leave immediately. It is strictly prohibited to stand in areas where danger may occur.
The length of the inclined placement section track should not exceed 19 meters.
After assembly, the upper and lower parts of the ladder track must be firmly connected.
The aluminum guide rails are inserted back and forth and tightened with specialized horseshoe screws and butterfly nuts, without the need for tools.
A limit switch must be installed at the appropriate position on the top of the elevator, and the motor will automatically stop running when the loading platform reaches the appropriate position.
The foot ladder section has angle markings and a reference to the load capacity table for different heights and angles, and should not exceed the values in the table.
The turning component is a non essential unit used in places where turning is necessary (such as sloping eaves) and when entering buildings.
The turning component can change the direction of the slide rail component and the loading platform, with an angle adjustment range of 20 ° -45 °.
The inclined section after turning can be equipped with multiple inclined roof support bracket components or high support components, which are not necessary units but are recommended as optional.
The height of the inclined roof bracket can be adjusted from 370mm-600mm.
The height of the high support component bracket is adjustable, with a range of 0-550mm.
The intermediate support component is a non essential unit, equipped with intermediate support to improve the stability of the elevator, and the height can be adjusted from 4 meters to 5.7 meters.
